Infusion Hair Extensions

Infusion hair extensions are the most precise but can cause damage if badly attached. Two methods used are cold and thermal fusion. Extensions are attached, painstakingly, one strand at a time. This is definitely not the method to choose if you are in a rush, but the results are more believable than other types of extensions.

Extensions are not necessarily synonymous with long hair. Short hairstyles might benefit from infusion hair extensions because the individual hairs will each cover any thinning or balding patches. Clip-in hair pieces might look bumpy or show too much scalp at the top when the original hair is quite sparse.

In this way, men can also benefit from this method of temporarily “implanting” hair. Even older women whose hair has begun thinning with age might find infusion hair extensions very helpful, rather than the hassle of other sorts of hair accessories, including wigs, which need special maintenance. The infusion method needs to set for a few days before attempting to wash and shampoo the hair, but afterwards can be treated and maintained almost the same way as a regular head of hair!
